Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using the Clokizi platform operated by Khufu, Inc.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Subscriptions

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis. Billing cycles are set on a monthly basis.

4. Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period. You may be required to enter billing information to sign up for the free trial. You will not be charged until the free trial has expired.

5. Fee Changes

We reserve the right to modify subscription fees at any time. Any fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current billing cycle. We will provide reasonable prior notice of any change.

6. Refunds

Certain refund requests for subscriptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis and granted at the sole discretion of Clokizi.

7. Content

Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, or photos (“Content”). You are responsible for the Content that you post.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Khufu, Inc. and its licensors.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Khufu, Inc., nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
